The I Believe Global Women’s  (IBG) is a leading international advocacy Organization deadicated to advancing gender equality and empowering women across the globe. Rooted in the belief that women’s empowerment is essential to sustainable development, peace, and justice, we champion transformative change that uplifts individuals, strengthens communities, and reshapes societies.

We work at the intersection of advocacy, capacity building, research, and community action—mobilising women, youth, civil society, and policymakers to dismantle barriers and unlock opportunities in education, health, leadership, political participation, and economic empowerment.

Our initiatives address urgent global challenges—from combating gender-based violence (GBV) and closing the leadership gap, to expanding women’s economic opportunities and promoting inclusive governance. By equipping women with skills, mentorship, and resources, and by fostering cross-sectoral partnerships, we ensure that women are not just participants but drivers of systemic change.

Our vision is bold: a world where every woman has the power to shape her destiny, influence decision-making, and contribute fully to building just, inclusive, and resilient societies.

IBG is more than an organisation—we are a global force for equality, a catalyst for empowerment, and a partner for change.

Our Story

Our Journey Towards Gender Equality

Founded in 2021, it has grown from community education initiatives to a global movement, partnering with schools, health centers, rural communities, NGOs, and private entities. Guided by principles of equality, integrity, inclusivity, and respect, IBG remains committed to creating a just and equitable world for all.

Mission, Vision & Values

Guided by Purpose, Driven by Impact

At I Believe Global, our mission is to empower change, our vision is a gender-equal world, and our values reflect integrity, inclusivity, and collaboration.

Our Mission

Our mission is to champion women’s rights and amplify women’s voices through advocacy, capacity-building, mentorship, and global partnerships—breaking barriers and creating pathways for equality worldwide.

Vision and identity

A just and inclusive world where gender equality is a lived reality—where every woman has the power, opportunity, and voice to shape her future, and transform her community.

Target Beneficiaries

Our primary targets are women and girls.

Our Approach

At I Believe Global (IBG), we believe that real change requires more than passion—it demands evidence, innovation, and collaboration.

We are committed to advancing women’s health, well-being, and empowerment through a holistic, evidence-based, and transdisciplinary approach. We integrate research, advocacy, capacity building, and community action to design solutions that are inclusive, sustainable, and impactful.

Our approach ensures that women are not only beneficiaries of programs but active partners, leaders, and changemakers in shaping the future. By working across sectors and building alliances with policymakers, institutions, and grassroots actors, we drive systemic transformation that dismantles barriers and creates pathways for lasting equality.

In everything we do, we connect knowledge with action, local realities with global movements, and women’s voices with decision-making power.

Organizational Structure

IBG operates under a well-defined governance model that emphasizes collaborative decision-making and strategic oversight. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, supported by an Executive Leadership Team. The Sustainability Committee, comprising leaders from various departments, ensures that all initiatives align with global sustainability goals and organizational objectives.

This governance structure promotes transparency and inclusiveness, with decisions made through structured meetings that involve stakeholder consultations, impact assessments, and strategic reviews. Regular updates and reports keep stakeholders informed about organizational decisions and progress.
