Rachel is the Founder and President of I Believe Global, with extensive experience in women’s empowerment, gender advocacy, and international development. She provides strategic direction for IBG’s global initiatives and leads efforts to advance inclusive policies, grassroots empowerment, and transdisciplinary approaches to gender equality.
Yaw brings years of leadership experience in governance, organizational management, and civic engagement. As Board Chair, he provides oversight, accountability, and strategic guidance to ensure IBG’s programs are impactful, sustainable, and aligned with the organisation’s mission and vision.
Professor Smile Dzisi is an accomplished academic leader, educator, and advocate for women’s empowerment with decades of experience in higher education and institutional transformation. She previously served as the first female Rector of Koforidua Technical University, where she championed innovation, entrepreneurship, and gender inclusion in education. At IBG, she serves as Patroness and Director, providing strategic leadership and mentorship, and advancing initiatives that empower women and girls through knowledge, leadership development, and innovation.
Dr. Ayifah is a public health expert and development professional with deep experience in research, policy, and program design. At IBG, he leads evidence-based programs, oversees monitoring and evaluation, and drives the organisation’s knowledge agenda for systemic gender equality solutions.
Dr. Patricia Owusu-Darko is a Senior Lecturer at Kumasi Technical University (KsTU) and a respected scholar in gender and development studies. She brings a wealth of academic expertise and international experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and gender policy. At IBG, she leads international collaborations, building bridges with governments, academia, civil society, and global institutions to advance women’s empowerment and gender equality worldwide.
